The Weatherhead East Asian Institute (WEAI) presents a special lecture entitled, “Japan and the United States in Afghanistan: A Dialogue,” with Sadako Ogata, president of the Japan International Cooperation Agency and Japan’s special envoy to Afghanistan and Pakistan; and M. Ishaq Nadiri, Jay Gould Professor of Economics, New York University.
A reception will follow the lecture.
