Obama Wins! Romney Loses! Life Somehow Moves on…

Everybody everywhere knows already, but who are we to miss out on a bandwagon? Dozens of Columbia students at CPU’s election viewing party cheered in the 11 PM November cold after seeing the results. Meanwhile their conservative friends grumbled all the way back to their dorms, mumbling something about fiscal policy. But who cares? Obama has been reelected and this is as close as any of us are going to get to reliving the euphoria of 2008.

Supposedly, Romney has not written a concession speech [you can watch it here]. This proves as a godsend to the Columbia student body, which desperately needs procrastination material lest it remembers that there are actually midterms this week.
