As it turns out, four.
According to the Chicago Tribune, Republican VP candidate Sarah Palin is now a cabbage patch doll. She joins McCain, Obama, and Biden in the hall of pudgy doll history.
Personally, I was never into the Cabbage Patch phenomenon -- what with Polly Pocket having so much to do.
If they can figure out how to make Cabbage Patch kids out of a pair of old white guys, surely Pocket Palin willl be next.
